Where is my refund?
In case you returned an order, please make sure you notified our customer service, so they are aware of the return and can process the refund. Refunds via PayPal should appear on your balance almost immediately. Refunds via credit card may take up to 14 business days in order to show up on your bank statement. In case this time has already passed and the refunded amount is still not visible on your account, please get in touch with us, so we can follow up with the corresponding bank.
